Submitting a reservation, application, or tour request through the Site does not by itself create a binding tenancy. A binding agreement is formed only when NomieRest confirms availability, completes screening, and a written lease is countersigned. Refundable security deposits and minimum stay terms are set out in your lease.

3. Pricing and Inclusions

Published rates are starting prices and may vary by room and term. Rent is all-inclusive of Wi-Fi, heat, electric, water, gas, and cleaning of common spaces. Optional charges (e.g. parking, pet rent) are disclosed before booking.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed under the policy stated at the time of booking. Deposits may be partially refunded depending on how early you cancel relative to your scheduled move-in date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the NomieRest brand, is owned by or licensed to NomieRest LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NomieRest disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NomieRest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois (where NomieRest operates) without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
